The humble venture started in a space, in year 2003 when we were finally able to secure a place for our company after working for years in just a small workshop with almost no resources. The humble venture grew into a known brand for furniture with multiple showrooms.

In the days the focus was simple—crafting quality furniture with honesty, attention to detail and understanding of customer needs. We designed every piece of furniture, with care balancing function, durability and looks even when resources were limited. We were truly committed to our valued and goals.

We saw the commitment earn the customer’s trust, the repeat business and the word-ofmouth recognition. As the demand rose the company expanded the capabilities refined the designs and invested in the materials and the skilled craftsmanship. This company has been able to receive this height of success solely because of our loyal customers and our amazing hardworking team.

These are one of the most special moments for us because these moment starts our journey of being a name in the industry, finally getting closer to our dreams that we saw years ago. What inspired me?
I have always aspired to become an entrepreneur since I was 13 years old. While learning carpentry, I identified an opportunity in the market. I wanted to build highquality furniture for people who value real and authentic craftsmanship. The Indian market needed a reliable supplier, and with the right machines in place, we were able to fill that gap. We invested in the right machinery and technologies to meet the growing demands of the industry
What challenges I faced?
Some of my biggest challenges were building trust with customers , timely payment to suppliers , timely delivery to the customers , improving our quality and designs day by day. I never viewed these obstacles as setbacks—instead, I treated each one as a learning opportunity, growing my skills while expanding my business.

How did I build trust around my customers and company with minimal resources?
The most crucial aspect of my life has been to always a positive thought towards anything and everything. I prioritise good quality over quantity, good and honest behaviour towards our customers. I strongly believe customers should always receive full value for the money they spend. Solving any issues or complaints that our customers have no matter what problems they are facing. We never leave our customers after the final installation , instead we are excited to meet them again and serve them again.

What advices will I give if you dreams like me?
Respect time.
Respect customers.
Respect your own words, prove yourself through actions and
not just words. Focus on your targets and goals rather than
other people’s achievements or failures.

Am I satisfied with my achievements?
Yes, to some extent we have achieved what we aspired to become. More than 50 % of our customers return to us which is substantially a large percentage and that level of loyalty is a strong indicator that we’re on the right path. On the other hand , we have a lot more to achieve… we have a vision to work on large scale like Ikea or amazon.

What can I improve?
In a business where Innovation and evolution never stops. I aim to push the boundaries of design, sustainability, and customer experience, ensuring that Sentiment continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. Customer bonding is equally important to me, I am not building a business , I am building a family that we will continue to grow.
